Situation
In new hire training for Web Advisor positions at a web hosting company, I wanted a fun, demographic-appropriate activity that trainers could use in live training.
Task
Users would respond with a trainer managing the interaction.
Action
Each response would assess the learners based on their choice for the “best” Batman, sourced from an Esquire article.
Results
Learners enjoyed discussing Batman while being quizzed on the day’s or previous days’ content.
