Situation

These examples are part of a “refresh” of new hire course material. The program was outdated and presented in various formats, leading to new hire confusion. The original training lacked interactivity, and the goal was to improve it.

Task

I aimed to standardize the program’s look, feel, and branding while reducing format and delivery inconsistencies. Additionally, I emphasized increasing interactivity and learner engagement.

Action

The majority of the program was consolidated into a single Rise course, complemented by several Storylines (visible on this page).

Results

This maintained material consistency and enabled updates. It provided new hires with a positive first impression of the company and a clearer understanding of training expectations. The program’s design aligned it more closely with other courses in our library.
