Situation
We needed a highly visible course to share the GROW process, which involved using Microsoft Teams snippets as testimonial accounts from employees, including executive leadership.
Task
Working with a broad stakeholder group, content needed to be engaging and concise, involving cross-departmental collaboration, including the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT).
Action
I used audio and video editing software (Audacity and After Effects) to create audio waveforms that follow the speaker’s voice and designed graphics, including speaker photos, using Photoshop.
Results
I created videos for the course to reinforce training points with testimonial accounts, including translations and captions.
