Situation
A colleague from another department asked me to redesign three supervisor handbooks (RWCS, SID, and Hybrid teams) after seeing the Frontline Leadership guides.
Task
Refine existing content into a more appealing format.
Action
I utilized Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing and print-compliant materials, to be produced as spiral-bound booklets.
Results
My colleague is satisfied and currently using it for supervisor training.
