Situation

We needed a highly visible course to share the GROW process, covering quarterly check-ins, Workday processes, dynamic goal setting, and resources.

Task

Working with a broad stakeholder group, including the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT), content had to be engaging and concise.

Action

I used Storyline to create interactive elements within a Rise module, with a focus on engaging user interaction instead of skipping over content.

Results

I created Storylines translated into Spanish and Portuguese.
