Situation

Process flowcharts needed developed to help troubleshoot common support call queries. The intended audience was call agents and to be homed on Confluence (our collaboration wiki tool used to help share knowledge efficiently).

Task

Flowcharts were chosen to represent the thought process, mirroring the call flow in real-time.

Action

I utilized draw.io, a tool well-integrated with Google products, to create flowcharts tailored to different brands (Bluehost, HostGator, and iPage). Here are the versions for Bluehost and HostGator.

Results

The stakeholders were satisfied with these evergreen materials, accessible on Confluence for the entire company’s reference.
