Situation
Early Leader is a program with courses released throughout the year. For this iteration, we introduced Module 4a and 4b to convey new content. While we had a professional voice talent record audio, we wanted visually engaging elements to ensure full learner engagement.
Task
Working with a broad stakeholder group, including the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT), we needed to create engaging and concise content through cross-departmental collaboration.
Action
I used audio editing (Audacity) and video editing software (After Effects) to create audio waveforms tracking the speaker’s voice, and I designed graphics using Photoshop.
Results
I created two videos for the course, one introducing the program and another serving as an outro at the end of the course.
