Situation

My department, the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM), required an effective communication method with stakeholders for new projects, updates, and more.

Task

I was responsible for creating an intake form for stakeholders.

Action

I used Adobe InDesign to craft an interactive document that can be tabbed through, filled out, saved, and submitted to my department.

Results

We shared this with all stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of instructional design work. It facilitated mutual understanding of project timelines and scope of work.
