Situation
This project stalled and was never completed, with other Instructional Designers attempting different approaches that didn’t satisfy the stakeholder.
Task
Upon joining the HR team, I simplified the project by concentrating on video, subject matter audio, and animations.
Action
I employed Premiere Pro, After Effects, Storyline, and Reaper to edit the audio and cut the video while preserving the audio in subsequent slides featuring images or animation.
Results
The subject matter expert approved, and this approach garnered interest among many at the college seeking to enhance the accessibility of their online course offerings for diverse learners.
