Situation
Frontline Leadership aimed to upskill supervisors/managers in the core business principles to promote safety and job knowledge throughout the organization.
Task
Develop a guide for a week-long (4-day) training that aligns with brand style guidelines, ensuring consistency with the PowerPoint presentation, activities, schedule, and other materials for both learners and facilitators.
Action
I used Adobe InDesign for flexibility and interactivity in the guide.
Results
Both guides were professionally printed, spiral-bound, and distributed to participants. The participant guide was printed in advance, ensuring participants received it approximately two weeks before the instructor-led portion, enabling them to complete pre-course content and prepare materials. This approach “flipped” the classroom, optimizing discussion and learning time during the sessions.
